Mike's Custom Hatters is committed to maintaining your privacy. We do not sell or trade client information with any third party.

Return Policy

We believe in 100% customer satisfaction. We inspect each hat multiple times prior to shipping, however in the rare event that you receive a hat with a body defect, we will issue a full refund or replacement, excluding shipping charges. Any return must be made within 30 days of shipping date.
